CupBattle is published by TubiWay. Use this page to request deletion of your CupBattle account and the personal data we hold about you.

How to delete your account

In the app (recommended): open CupBattle → Profile → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion is immediate.

Or request by email:

1. Email waytubi@gmail.com from the same email address linked to your CupBattle account.
2. Use the subject line: CupBattle account deletion.
3. Include your CupBattle display name if you remember it (optional but helpful).

For email requests, we will confirm and delete or anonymize your account data within 30 days of verification, unless we must keep limited records for legal or security reasons.

What we delete

• Your account login (email / authentication identity) and profile (display name).
• Your battle memberships, match predictions, and personal scoring / leaderboard records tied to your account.
• Battles you created (and related predictions for everyone in those battles).
• Support emails you sent about the account, when no longer needed.

What we may keep

• Public tournament catalog data (teams, fixtures, results) that is not personal to you.
• Anonymized or aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.
• Records we are legally required to retain (if any), for the period required by law.
• Short-lived security / server logs, typically purged within about 90 days.

Partial data deletion (optional)

If you do not want to close your full account, you can email waytubi@gmail.com and ask us to remove specific data (for example your display name or predictions in a particular battle). We will tell you what we can delete while keeping the account active.
